Toyota Finance mission statement ‘Kaizen’, is the Japanese principle of continual improvement. The team wanted a fun way for staff to play a role in improving every aspect of the business on a day to day basis. We developed the concept ‘Think Kaizen’, along with a design system and toolkit of creative assets the internal team could use to stimulate staff and designed an informal but dedicated space to promote free thinking.
